• PFS & RTU Product Lines Launch: LINUO officially released its two major strategic product series: PFS (Pre-filled Syringes) and RTU (Ready-to-Use sterile packaging materials).
  • This launch marks a critical step in the company’s full strategic layout in the high-end pharmaceutical packaging field.
  • The products will be manufactured at a new PFS & RTU Smart Factory, a project with a total investment of over 400 million RMB.
  • The factory is set to achieve an annual production capacity of nearly 200 million units, aiming to fill a gap in the domestic and international high-end sterile packaging market.

    In modern biopharmaceutical manufacturing, RTU components are crucial. These are pre-washed, sterilized, and nested primary packaging materials, such as vials, syringes, or cartridges, that are immediately ready to be filled at the pharmaceutical company’s facility.     • R&D Platform and Inspection & Research Center Official Opening: The “R&D Platform and Inspection & Research Center,” jointly established by LINUO Pharmaceutical Packaging and Qilu University of Technology, was formally inaugurated.
      • The center is a testament to the company’s strengthened focus on technological innovation and a robust quality assurance system.
      • The facility features an experimental area of 2,000 square meters and over 100 sets of high-precision testing equipment.
      • The center has received accreditation from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS).
      • It offers comprehensive services, including compatibility testing for pharmaceutical packaging materials and industry-commissioned inspections, with results achieving international mutual recognition thanks to the use of smart drone delivery for samples.
      • The center will concentrate on three core areas: borosilicate glass technology upgrades, enhancing the safety performance of pharmaceutical packaging, and building intelligent manufacturing testing systems.
